Carlo Scatena has been operating in this business for almost fourty years, trying to bring the loving care and the tradition of his italian culture.
Working with great partners Pedro Ulloa and Davide Cerretini, using the best products, sharing with all of you his authentic italian home made meals, has always been his purpose. The new born restaurant that resulted from his long career is “Aurora Ristorante Italiano” in Novato and shares it with his wife, Aurora.
Carlo and his partners hope that all of you will enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, the tasteful food and that you always feel welcome to come back.
